These manifestations of intelligence have been limited to simple assistance, and have not yet reached the third stage of chatbot maturity described by Gartner. In this talk, we will explore three steps to accelerate the move to engaging AI.


Jack Crawford is the Founder and CEO of, a San Francisco technology startup that offers industry solutions based on their conversational AI platform for virtual assistants and chatbots called MyPolly®. His experience includes three other startups, leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry, business development for Fortune 500 insurance companies and health care organizations. He also served as a weapons systems project officer in the United States Air Force. He holds an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from The George Washington University, and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a trusted adviser for AI applications in business.
